About the Training Seminar

The way we communicate in reports, e-mails and proposals hugely impacts our credibility. Badly written and/or unprofessionally structured communications can make us appear less competent, simply because we do not possess the skills to write professionally.

During this interactive workshop, learners will get extensive practice writing their own e-mails and documents, receiving feedback from both their trainer and other participants.


This one-day workshop will cover:

  • The process of business writing: Plan, Draft, Finalize.
  • Structure your emails and correspondences.
  • Common pitfalls people make in English when their first language is Indonesian.
  • Eliminate “floral” or non-essential wording from your writing.
  • Using diplomatic language.
  • Editing and correcting your writing.


The training will be facilitated by Michael Wahab, Senior Trainer.
